Ancient Greece Podcast Assignment
First, what is a “Podcast”? It is an audio file that can be downloaded and listened to. Most podcast are produced in a series and can be sent and downloaded automatically to an I-tunes account. It is like a blog in audio format. For our class, we will call it a “Podcast” but we will not include a RSS feed for web syndication.

Ancient Greece Podcast
For this assignment you and your partner will create a 4 – 5 min audio recording on a topic relating to Ancient Greece. You may create the podcast as an interview or as just an informative talk on your topic. Here are some ideas to get you started:

Steps:
1. Choose your partner
2. Choose your topic
3. Research your topic by WRITING down notes.
4. After you both have researched, discuss the best format of your podcast. Make an outline of the flow of your talk.
5. Write or type what you and your partner will say. (Details will be posted later…..)
6. PRACTICE reading out loud what you wrote. **Both partners must speak in the podcast.
7. Make an appointment for a recording time with Mrs. Ramsey.
8. Save your work as a movie file.
9. Post to the wiki.
10. Tell all your friends and family to listen to your cool Ancient Greece podcast!
